Senior Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design and Engineering

Job Description

Design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 5+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• Ability to travel 20% globally

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems
• Partner with internal and external teams to complete projects from concept realization through design approval
• Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers on projects
• Ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch of designed systems
