Job Description

Join the AWS Core Networking Organization as a Software Development Engineer to automate and invent new ways of operating Amazon's network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Solve complex and ambiguous problems efficiently and with high quality
• Shape the definition, vision, design, roadmap, development, and operationalization of customer-facing services
• Contribute to critical and highly-visible functions within the AWS business
• Participate in shaping the automation future in networking
• Develop best in class software systems for automating Amazon's network
• Identify and troubleshoot recurring platform issues
