Software Development Engineer, Modeling and Optimization

Job Description

Amazon is seeking motivated software development engineers to drive new systems to support fulfillment by developing an interactive web application to visualize Amazon's end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy products towards data visualization and interpretation
• Develop real-time Big Data applications entirely on AWS
• Partner with research scientists in Optimization, Control theory, and Machine Learning
• Train and deploy GenAI chatbots for supply chain analysis
