Software Development Engineer , EC2 Nitro

Job Description

The job involves supporting the development and management of various services in AWS, including Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps services. The ideal candidate will work on developing new EC2 compute platforms with a focus on computer science fundamentals and expertise in C/C++ development in a Linux environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS
• Developing new EC2 compute platforms
• Collaborating with technical teams to develop hardware, firmware, systems, and application software
