Job Description

The Systems Engineer position at Prime Air Shared Services involves optimizing and growing infrastructure to support workloads critical to safety in a fast-paced environment focused on operational excellence through automation and tool building.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on systems engineering and administrative experience in networking and cloud-based administration
• Knowledge and high proficiency in managing Linux and Windows servers
• Basic Python or PowerShell scripting competency
• Experience supporting on-premise third party solutions (monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling)

Responsibilities

• Drive continual improvement in systems operations through tool building and automation
• Drive root cause analyses
• Scale services by leading planning, forecasting, and technical approaches
• Drive projects and report on progress
• Report on service health at an executive level
• Collaborate with leaders to meet challenges daily
